Homemade French Fries


 

Ingredients

6 Large Potatoes (Red, Golden or Sweet Potatoes all work well)

Olive Oil (approximately 1 - 2 Tbsp)

To Taste With The Following Seasonings:

Sea Salt

Pepper

Paprika

Garlic Powder

Parsley

(Honestly for the most part you can really use any seasoning you like. These are just our favorites.)


Directions

Preheat the oven to 450˚. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash potatoes well, but leave the skins on.

Slice potatoes into wedges. If you like a crunchier fry, slice them thinly but you can leave them a little thicker if you prefer.

Place wedges on the baking sheet in as much of a single layer as possible.

Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with desired seasonings to taste. Just be sure not to overdo it with the salt.

Toss slightly on the tray to distribute evenly. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until desired crunchiness.
