Garlic Parmesan French Fries
Ingredients
6 Large Potatoes (Red, Golden or Sweet Potatoes all work well)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
¼ Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Sea Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Parsley
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450˚. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash potatoes well, but leave the skins on.
Slice potatoes into wedges. If you like a crunchier fry, slice them thinly but you can leave them a little thicker if you prefer.
Place completely dry wedges in a large mixing bowl. Toss with flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and parsley. Drizzle with the olive oil and toss again. Spread the fries on the baking sheet in as much of a single layer as possible.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and flip carefully. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and toss with parmesan cheese.
Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
