Ingredients
2 Large Eggs separated
2 Cups All-purpose Flour
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 ¾ Cups Milk
½ Cup Olive Oil
½ tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions
Pre-heat waffle iron.
Separate eggs. Whip egg whites into soft peaks.
In a medium bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, milk, and oil.
Add egg yolks and mix until no longer lumpy.
Fold in egg whites and vanilla until combined. Do not over mix.
Lightly spray the pre-heated waffle iron with olive oil and add about 1/3-1/2 cup batter. Cook according to waffle iron directions.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Enjoy with pure maple syrup, whipped cream, and fruit.
