Ingredients
6-8 Small Tortillas
2 lbs. Ground Beef
6-8 Slices Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
Shredded Lettuce
Pickles
Chopped Onion
For the Sauce:
4 Tbsp Ketchup
6 Tbsp Mayo
1 Tbsp Mustard
2 Tbsp Relish
Directions
For Big Mac Sauce – Mix the ketchup, mayo, mustard, and relish and set aside.
Mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Divide into 6-8 meatballs and flatten each on top of a single tortilla.
Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a skillet and lay tortilla meat side down. Cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Top each with cheese, lettuce, pickles, onions, and sauce. Fold and enjoy!
