Ingredients

2 Cups Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

1 Cup Cornmeal

½ Cup Coconut Sugar

1 ½ tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Sea Salt

8 Tbsp Butter melted

½ Cup Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

1 ¼ Cup Whole Milk

3 Large Eggs

Raw Honey for serving


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350° and grease a 9x13 casserole dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, oil, maple syrup, and eggs.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Transfer batter to prepared dish and bake for 45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Allow to cool slightly and cut into squares. Serve drizzled with raw honey.
