Dr. B.’s Orange and spice overnight oats


 

Ingredients

2/3 cup Gluten-free Oats organic

2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed

½ tsp Ground Ginger

¼ tsp Ground Cardamom

1/8 tsp Sea Salt

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 tsp 100% Maple Syrup

2 Small Oranges peeled and cut into ½ -in pieces

½ cup Raw Almonds sliced


Directions

Combine the oats, flaxseed, ginger, cardamom, and salt in a bowl. Stir well to combine.

Add the almond milk, vanilla, and maple syrup to the mixture and stir to combine.

Divide the mixture into 2 serving bowls or small mason jars. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

To serve: Top each serving with orange pieces and sliced almonds.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
