glazed meatloaf


 

Ingredients

1 6oz Can Tomato Paste

¼ Cup Water

1 Cup Breadcrumbs

2 lbs. Ground Beef

2 Eggs beaten

3 Tbsp Onion minced

1 tsp Sea Salt

¼ tsp Black Pepper

¼ Cup Ketchup

2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350° and grease a 9x13 casserole dish.

In a small bowl, combine tomato paste, water, and bread crumbs. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix breadcrumb mixture into meat. Combine thoroughly.

Form into a rectangular loaf in prepared dish.

Bake for 50 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine ketchup and syrup. Spread over top of meatloaf. Bake for another 10 minutes.

Allow to stand for 5 minutes and then slice and serve.
