Peanut Butter Cookies


 

Ingredients

½ Cup Butter softened

½ Cup Natural Peanut Butter

½ Cup Cane Sugar or Coconut Sugar

½ Cup Brown Sugar

1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

2 Tbsp Milk

1 Egg

1 ¾ Cup All Purpose Flour

1 tsp Baking Soda

½ tsp Sea Salt

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar for dusting


Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.

Combine butter and peanut butter and mix thoroughly.

Add sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and milk. Mix until incorporated.

Add egg and mix.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.

Mix dry ingredients into wet.

Once dough has formed, scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet using a spoon or large ice cream scoop. Place dough balls 2 inches apart. Then, using a fork, make a crisscross hash mark in the middle of each cookie pressing down slightly to flatten. Dust lightly with a sprinkle of brown sugar on top of each cookie.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool on racks. Store in airtight container.
