Ingredients
5 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Cups Butter softened
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 Egg
2 tsp White Vinegar
Directions
In a one cup measuring cup, place the egg and vinegar. Add water to fill the cup completely. Pour into small bowl and mix thoroughly.
Using the paddle attachment on a stand mixture (or using a pastry blender), work together the butter, flour, and salt.
Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and combine. Dough will be moist.
Divide into five equal portions. Roll each into a ball and then flatten into a disc shape. Wrap each individually in plastic wrap or parchment paper. Chill for about 10 minutes or place in Ziploc bag and freeze.
When ready to use, take chilled disc (if frozen, allow to thaw completely first) and roll into preferred shape. Use in any pie recipe.
