Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Natural Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Raw Unfiltered Honey

1 1/3 Cup Old Fashioned Oats (we love Bob’s Red Mill Organic Oats)

1/2 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder

Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt

1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips


Directions

Add the peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, salt and chocolate chips to a bowl and stir together until fully combined.

Using a mini cookie scoop, drop batter onto a parchment lined baking pan. You can use your hands to roll into a ball shape.

Place the baking pan in the freezer for 5 minutes until the protein balls are completely hardened.

Transfer to a sealed container and store in the fridge for about 1 week or the freezer for 2-3 months.

Makes approximately 24 1-inch bites.
