Ingredients

1 Cup Milk of Choice

1 Banana frozen, sliced

1 Tbsp Raw Unfiltered Honey

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 Serving Protein Powder

6 Ice Cubes

Optional Add Ins:

2 Tbsp Rolled Oats

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1 tsp Hemp Seeds

1 tsp Flax Seeds


Directions

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy.

Pour into glass and enjoy!
