Ingredients
Special sauce:
½ Cup Avocado Mayo
¼ Cup Ketchup
3 Tbsp Relish
Pinch Sea Salt & Pepper
Burgers:
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Small Onion minced
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 tsp Sea Salt
Hamburger Buns toasted
Toppings:
Sliced Cheddar Cheese
Thinly Sliced Onions
Green Leaf Lettuce
Pickles
Directions
Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, ketchup, relish, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and salt. Roll into 12 equally portioned balls.
Heat a pan or griddle over medium high heat. Drizzle with olive oil.
Place each ball on the heated pan and gently press until a thin patty is formed. Cook the patties for approximately 2 minutes per side. Once flipped, place a slice of cheese on each. Remove from heat.
To assemble burgers, spread the special sauce on the inside of each toasted bun. Top with two patties, lettuce, onions, and pickles.
