Ingredients
½ Cup Pure Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
½ Cup Sliced Almonds
½ Cup Pumpkin Seeds
½ Cup Sunflower Seeds
¼ Cup Chia Seeds
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp Sea Salt
½ Cup Hemp Seeds
½ Cup Shredded Coconut
½ Cup Dried Cranberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla in a small bowl and set aside. (Heat for 10 seconds if necessary to melt the coconut oil.)
In a large bowl, toss together the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt.
Pour maple syrup mixture over the nuts and oats. Combine thoroughly.
Spread mixture over parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Stir through remaining ingredients and let cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
