White chocolate cranberry cookies


 

Ingredients

1 Cup Butter softened

¾ Cup Brown Sugar

1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

1 Large Egg

1 ½ Cup All Purpose Flour

2 ½ Cups Rolled Oats

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Allspice

1 Cup White Chocolate Chips

½ Cup Dried Cranberries


Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Cream butter and brown sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.

Add egg and vanilla and mix.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, and salt.

Mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined.

Fold in white chocolate chips and cranberries. Using a small ice cream scoop, drop dough balls onto parchment lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 12 minutes. Allow to cool on racks. Store in airtight container.
